  • Location / Wilkes-Barre, PA, USA
  • Venue / First Union Arena At Casey Plaza

The first show by the band in this city.

The first time at this venue.

The venue is located in the East of the city.

It was opened in November 1999 as Northeastern Pennsylvania Civic Arena and Convention Center.

From 2000 to 2002 it was known as First Union Arena at Casey Plaza.

From 2003 to 2010 it was known as Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza.

Since 2000 it has been called Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza.

This was only the second concert at the venue after Lynyrd Skynyrd/ZZ Top on 18th January 2000.

'Demolition Man' had an extended intro at this show. Before 'Two Steps Behind' the band played a short snippet of the intro to 'Day After Day' with Joe singing one line before playing a Led Zeppelin acoustic snippet (without vocals).

The first known electric performance of 'Day After Day' was on 12th February in Halifax, NS, Canada. The band may have been working on it in soundchecks at this point before it was debuted.

The show was filmed and recorded by fans. The video was shot from Vivian's side of the stage from half way up the seating.
