Album Notes By dltourhistory

The sixth studio album released by the band. The album saw a slight change in sound a lyrical content on many tracks which had a darker theme to them. It featured four singles including the title track - the album's biggest hit. Other song titles were mentioned before the release of the album that did not make it onto the final tracklisting. These also included various working titles for songs that did like 'Tell Me The Truth' (Truth?) plus 'Ghandi's Revenge' (possibly an instrumental version of 'Ring Of Fire' once mentioned by Joe) and 'Fresh Bones (Cross Bones)'. This is the only Def Leppard album not to feature their trademark 'pyrite' font logo which was used in various forms on all other albums (not including the original Def Leppard E.P.).

As with Adrenalize/Vault the UK market had a special 2CD version with a bonus disc of six live acoustic tracks from Singapore. Recorded during late 1995 on the Vault promo tour. The band were performing for the V series TV show on Channel V. The Japanese edition of the album featured future UK B-Side 'Move With Me Slowly' sung by Phil Collen.
