Show Notes
The first performance in this city since April 1988 on the Hysteria tour. A free show during HM the Queen's Jubilee tour of Britain celebrating 50 years on the throne. Almost 40,000 people attended. Joe was featured on the BBC 6 O'Clock News in a short backstage interview before the band went on.
The band played a short setlist with only three songs played. They were due to close with 'PSSOM' but had to cut the set short to get backstage and meet the Queen alongside the other performers. Yorkshire local news "Look North" showed part of the concert including Lep playing 'Animal'. The band mimed to playback with only Joe was singing live.
