The venue is located 8.5 miles North West of the city of Cuyahoga Falls which is 36 miles South East of the city centre of Cleveland.
It was opened in 1968.
Phil used his Bela Lugosi guitar for this show which is being displayed at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in the city.
The museum lent him the guitar especially for this show as explained in an interview in July.
