DEF LEPPARD/MÖTLEY CRÜE/POISON To Announce 2020 Tour On Wednesday 4th December

Def Leppard are set to announce their 2020 North American stadium tour with Mötley Crüe and Poison on Wednesday.

The proposed 2020 stadium tour with tour with Mötley Crüe and Poison may finally be official this week.

Following a few online rumours of a tour announcement on Wednesday 4th December, Poison's official site has now added a countdown.

The countdown runs out on Wednesday at 1:30pm PT / 4:30pm ET / 9:30pm UK time.

Poison's singer Bret Michaels recently commented on his band's 2020 tour with Arizona Republic and Fox 11 Los Angeles.

As mentioned Vivian told an interviewer last week "something has come up with Leppard" causing him to reschedule his UK tour dates with Last In Line.

After his show tonight in Nottingham he will be free until 7th December. Presumably he will be free to travel to a press conference in the USA and /or do press for the announcement.

The first Def Leppard show of 2020 was announced/revealed by Joe Elliott on Saturday night during his weekly radio show on Planet Rock.

The bands live action begins on 1st May 2020 in Mexico City at the Domination Mexico festival. This looks set to be fully confirmed this week as well with tickets due to go on sale from 10th December on Ticketmaster's Mexico website.

Poison played before Def Leppard in the USA, Canada and Mexico in 2009, 2012 and more recently in 2017.

Mötley Crüe's only previous shows with Def Leppard in the USA were the September 1983 San Diego stadium show on the Pyromania tour and at the Chipewa Valley Rock Fest in Cadott, WI in July 1999 during the Euphoria tour. They went on to play six UK shows in December 2011 on the Mirrorball tour.
