A small acoustic show for only 200 competition winners at a Virgin Megastore in the city centre.
This was the first performance in the band's home city since another acoustic gig at the Wapentake club on the Vault tour in October 1993. The band took part in the switching on of the City's Christmas lights the following evening. This is an ongoing tradition in the UK where celebrities or well-known figures switch on the lights in the run up to Christmas.
