  • Location / Sheffield, England
  • Venue / Wapentake Club

The first show by the band in this city since June 1993 on the Adrenalize tour.

The second time at this venue.

The venue was located on Wellington Street below the Grosvenor House Hotel just down the road from Sheffield City Hall.

It was opened in the early 1960s and closed as The Wapentake in 2000.

The venue reopened as Casbah's sometime in the 2000s.

The hotel and this venue was closed and demolished in late 2016/early 2017.

This show was organised as part of 'Def Leppard Day' in Sheffield.

Various other events took place throughout the day as seen on 'Video Archive'.

The six songs featured on that video are marked on the right.

Featuring the first ever performances of 'All I Want Is Everything' and 'Where Does Love Go When It Dies'.

The first of many acoustic shows to promote the 'Vault Greatest Hits 1980-1995 album.

During the short introduction on stage Joe was given another 15 pounds by venue owner Olga Marshall who had paid them the same amount in February 1979 at their first show here.
