The venue is located 5.3 miles to the South East of the city centre of Raleigh in Walnut Creek .
It was opened in July 1991 as Hardee's Walnut Creek Amphitheatre until 1998.
It was then named as Alltel Pavilion from 1999 to 2007, Walnut Creek Amphitheatre (in 2007-08 and 2013-16,
It was then named Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion from 2008 to 2013 before changing to Coastal Credit Union Music Park in 2013.
This show was rescheduled from the 21st August due to bad weather.
