The first show by the band in this city since February 1980 on the On Through The Night tour.

The first time at this venue.

The venue is located in the city centre and not far from the Principality Stadium and the River Taff.

It was opened in September 1993 as Cardiff International Arena & Convention Center.

From 2000 to 2016 it was known as Cardiff International Arena.

Since 2016 it has been called Motorpoint Arena Cardiff.

The opening night of the UK 'Euphoria' tour with Lukan as support.

Lukan featured singer Jamie Evans, guitarist Tim Wilson, bassist Charlie Wyman and drummer Ian Bissett.

They were supporting their debut 1999 album 'Head To the Sound'.

After also touring with Alice Cooper in July 2000 on his 'Live From The Brutal Planet' UK tour the band split in 2001 with Jamie Evans going on to front The Mexicolas.

A show here at the same venue in November 1996 was included on the initial list of tour dates but removed from the schedule before tickets went on sale.

The setlist did not include 'Goodbye' which was released as a single in the UK on 27th September.
