The venue is located in the city centre within the Atsuta Ward and apart of the Nagoya Congress Center which also contains two other halls - Event Hall (1,480) and Shiroton Hall (1,280 capacity).
The complex stands next to the Hori River.
It was opened in April 1987.
The opening night of the 5-date Japanese tour where six of the shows were recorded by fans in high quality in keeping with tradition for rock shows in the country.
