The name has now changed to Tanghalang Francisco Balagtas.
'Miss You In A Heartbeat' was played live at a full Leppard concert for the first time with vocals by Phil Collen.
It had been played once before in Toronto during the November 1995 Much Music TV show.
The band appeared on a local TV show during the afternoon performing a playback version of 'Work It Out'.
