- Location / Mexico City, Mexico
- Venue / Palacio de los Deportes
The first show by the band in this city.
The first time at this venue and first of two nights here.
The venue is located in the city centre and within a complex that also houses the Foro Sol stadium and Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez race track.
It was opened in October 1968.
Support came from local band Coda once again.
Another show on the 26th in Guadalajara had been announced but was cancelled before tickets went on sale.
It was replaced with a second night in Mexico City.
The band took part in a charity football match the day before this show in an indoor venue.
A press conference was also held to promote the upcoming 'Retro-Active' album release and these two shows.
