- Location / Tampa, FL, USA
- Venue / USF Sun Dome @ University Of South Florida
The first show by the band in this city since September 1981 on the High 'n' Dry tour.
The first time at this venue.
The venue is located 10 miles to the North East of the city centre and within the grounds of the University Of South Florida.
It was opened in November 1980 as USF Sun Dome.
The venue name was changed in June 2018 to Yuengling Center.
It was renovated in 1993, 2000 and 2011.
The first show by the band on New Year's Eve.
The band led the crowd in singing the traditional New Year's song 'Auld Lang Syne' and in later years commented it didn't go very well.
The band's girlfriends together with Rick Allen's mother dressed up as the "Fun Police" and arrested the band on stage during the encore. See news link for full story and photos.
