DEF LEPPARD Expand The Stadium Tour 2020 With 7 New Dates In June/July

Def Leppard will play seven more stadiums shows in June and July 2020 with with Mötley Crüe and Poison.

The new shows announced earlier today are in San Antonio, Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Nashville, Cincinnati and Cleveland go on sale from 10th January 2020.

The Stadium Tour will now begin on 21st June 2020 in San Antonio, TX at the Alamodome which holds 72,000 people and will see Mötley Crüe closing.

These dates also see the band returning to Busch Stadium in St. Louis which was played in 2018 with Journey. The other six venues are being played for the first time.

9 dates have sold out from the initially announced 22 with the press release stating that over 700,000 tickets have been sold so far.

These include Charlotte, Arlington, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, Detroit, Chicago, Denver and Seattle.

Tickets for those shows only went on sale on 13th December but despite the cost and venue capacities have sold out quickly.

Joe had mentioned the tour possibly expanding during the press conference on 4th December.

Another show has also been announced today for Mexico City after Joe had initially mentioned it on his radio show in November.
