The sixth time at this venue.

The venue is located to the South of the city centre.

It was opened in July 1989 as Lakewood Amphitheatre and again in 2000, from 2008 to 2009 and 2016 to 2017.

From 1989 to 2000 it was known as Coca-Cola Lakewood Amphitheatre, then HiFi Buys Amphitheatre from 2001 to 2008.

It was also called Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood from 2009 to 2015 and is now known as Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood.

This show coincides with the 36th anniversary of the first Def Leppard show in Sheffield on this day in 1978.

The show was attended by Slash and cast members from US TV show The Walking Dead.
