The only version of this song appeared on the main CD single for 'Long Long Way To Go' as track 2 of 3. Like the songs on the 'X/Ten' album it featured a writing credit for Rick Allen.

The line "sex and machine guns" is 'quite possibly' linked to the name of a band put together by Joe and friend Rick Warwick at the time of the 'X/Ten' album called the 'Sex Machine Guns'. Mentioned in interviews by Ricky, they were said to be considering recording an album of covers but nothing was ever released.
Ricky Warwick Quote (August 2003) - "I've got a band with Joe Elliott called Sex Machine Guns who are going to put an album out sometime which is all gonna be cover versions."
In June 2021 the song was released as part of the 'Collection Volume Three' box set on the 'Rarities From The Vault' disc.
On the liner notes and on digital platforms the title was now written as '10 Times Bigger Than Love'.
VEGA Cover Version
The UK band VEGA released a cover version of this song on their third album 'Stereo Messiah' on 17th October 2014.
This cover was first announced in May 2014 and included extra vocals by Joe Elliott and VEGA went on to support the Down 'n' Outz on their December 2014 UK/Ireland tour.
Joe played this cover on his 14th September 2014 radio show on Planet Rock.

Also in 2014 the singer Nick Simpson released a song also called '10x Bigger Than Love'.
Curiously not listed as being a cover version and not credited to Def Leppard but contains similar chorus lyrics.
The first line of the chorus uses the same line from Def Leppard's version:
"I don't know what to do when I get this feeling".
The next two lines are different but then the Def Leppard lyric is changed from:
"Don't know what it is but it's ten-times bigger than love".
To this:
"Don't know what it is, and I don't know what it does, but it's ten-times bigger than love".
The song was released on 18th August 2014 and not mentioned by Joe on his radio show at the time.
