Producer Robert John 'Mutt' Lange was born in Mufulira, Northern Rhodesia (Zambia) in Africa on this day in 1948 and celebrates his birthday today. He was then raised in Durban, South Africa. He formed the bands Sound Reason and Hocus there before moving to London in the early to mid 70s and starting work as a producer.
On this day in 2017 Vivian Campbell received the OH YEAH Legend award at the NI (Northern Ireland) Music Prize ceremony. The event was followed by a concert from Last In Line.
