DEF LEPPARD's JOE ELLIOTT Says THE STADIUM TOUR Heading To Other Areas Including The UK

Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott has said The Stadium Tour will head to other areas including the UK once the 2022 leg is finished.

The Stadium Tour currently has 10 more dates scheduled in the USA/Canada in 2022.

Joe has now said once the current leg ends the tour will head to other areas in another reference to the 2023 shows.

Joe was speaking during the intro of last night's Joe Elliott Show on Planet Rock radio about the fact that the current North American Stadium Tour has ten shows left.

In a possible reference to upcoming tour announcements he stated the tour will be heading to "other areas" of the world including "the UK".

The Stadium Tour 2023/UK/Ireland

Fellow British rock band Muse announced their own stadium tour of the UK last week with four shows scheduled in May/June 2023.

Curiously not including London or Manchester which seem the likely venues for The Stadium Tour (for non-festival shows) and a sign Def Leppard's own announcement will not be that far off.

Joe of course first mentioned the UK and then Europe and Ireland in March/April of this year with more mentions following since.

Other Areas

The other areas Joe mentions may well include places already referenced by Phil in May.

Phil said the three year tour would be heading to South America, Japan and Australia in addition to Europe/UK.

Tour Announcement

An announcement seems likely as the current 36-date USA/Canadian run ends.

2023 European festivals to be played by Def Leppard and Motley Crue might also be due in the next few weeks/months.
