And with the clocks changing here in the UK 2am just turned into 1am - or 7pm in San Salvador and time for Souls Of Steel to start.

Puertas Abiertas of course means - "Doors Open" at 6pm...I knew that!. Souls Of Steel will start at 7pm. The promoter did spell their name wrong on the poster (Soul - instead of Souls - so it wasn't just me!).

Temperatures at around 25C/77F in San Salvador as the band return to an outdoor setting.

That pic shows the stage is not just sideways on in the stadium but also down at one end rather than the middle. Definitely looks like a much lower capacity. Stadium holds 53,400 usually. Similar to what happened in Lima, Peru on The World Tour.

Once more an extra band on the bill - Souls Of Steel and the stage will face one side of the stadium rather than be at one end suggesting a smaller capacity.
The first show by the band in this city since April 1997 on the Slang tour.
The first time at this venue.
The venue is located in the south of the city centre.
It was opened in July 1976.
Local band Souls Of Steel opened the show before Extreme.
The stage was set sideways on and at one end of the stadium giving a much lower capacity for the show than normal.
