Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen has been announced to appear at a guitar event hosted by Joe Satriani this July in California.

'Joe Satriani's G4 Expereience 2017 - 4 Days Of Guitar Magic' takes place in Carmel, CA from July 24th to 28th.

The venue is the Asilomar Conference Grounds.

The event includes guitar clinics, demonstrations, jam sessions and performances.

Also appearing alongside Joe and Phil are Mr. Big's Paul Gilbert and RATT's Warren DiMartini.

Phil played with Warren in early 1986 when they both guested at a Motley Crue show in Paris, France on the Theatre Of Pain tour.
