The show in Burlington was awesome! DL sounded great and the crowd was really pumped. I don't know how many people were there, but I know when I saw Poison the night before they were saying that they had broken the attendance record the previous year and the crowd was even bigger this year. Let me tell you, the Poison crowd didn't even compare to the crowd for DL. The entire grounds were packed!

Joe got the entire crowd involved, even the ones way in the back. The sound was great. There were a few songs that the majority of the crowd didn't know like 'Promises' and 'Four Letter Word' but they clapped and danced along anyways. I was really surprised they played 'Slang'. I was kinda bummed they didn't do 'Long Long Way To Go'. It would have been great exposure for the song in a crowd that size. I've never seen the crowd get as involved as they did in Burlington.

There was a bad mosquito problem and Joe complained that he had swallowed a couple and was swatting them with his towel. At one point Viv smacked one that had landed on Joe and Joe thanked him. It was very humorous.

Joe did a good job of not letting the audience know that his arm was hurting him. I know it was because it was in a sling when I talked to him before the concert and again when he was getting on the bus.

I hope they play Burlington again very soon. They put on one helluva show!.
