Brno, Czech Republic - Fan Reviews
Fan Review - By Michelle
I am trying to summarize the show in Czech Republic which was the second one for the band (they played in 1996 in Prague with SLANG album, I have to say I missed it that time).
The show was opened by a domestic band called Tibet which was playing quite good rock for about one hour, but everybody was upset to see our guys! For about 2 hours they were making a perfect show.
I liked this mixture of the hits from previous albums and the X-songs very much and appreciated the selist. But I talked to some fans who were disappointed and expected mostly new songs.
The hall in Brno was completely full but I don't have information if it was sold out or not. People obviously enjoyed it and the mood was getting better and better all the time which was also thanks to Joe's perfect dialogs to us (and I think he had a good response from us as well) who didn't let anybody stand frozen but dancing, screaming, shouting, shaking hands... The show was supported by the Pilsner Urquell company which produces the famous Czech Beer.
So, Def Leppard were simply great and I appreciate that the guys came and didn't miss the countries such as Czech Republic, Latvia or Russia. I was really surprised how many good fans they have here and I hope they will come back with the next album.
