The Joe Elliott Show - 23rd March 2024 Quotes
Ian Hunter
"Yes hot on the heels of last year's Defiance Part 1 that is Ian Hunter from the upcoming album Defiance Part 2."
"Again like the first album of this Defiance series, many many guests on every song, Cheap Trick, who else is on it, I mean there's so many people, Stone Temple Pilots, Jeff Beck once again, Taylor Hawkins and for the first time ever on record, myself and Brian May."
"We've played on stage many times together but we've never actually been on a studio recording before and we are both guests on that song that you just heard Brian's guitar, very distinctive towards the end there. The song that we heard and I'm really looking forward to you guys hearing this entire album. The song is Precious."
Ian Hunter - 15th February 2024 Instagram Quote
"I’m excited to finally share my new album Defiance Part 2 (Fiction) will be arriving on April 19, and my new song “Precious,” featuring @joeelliott on background vocals, @taylorhawkinsofficial on drums, and my longtime mate @brianmayforreal on guitar, is out NOW!."
The Joe Elliott Show - 30th December 2023 Quotes
Ian Hunter
"So we've got Jagger and Richards in their 80s, we've got Macca and Ringo in their 80s and this next gentleman also in his 80s released a new album this year and he will also be releasing a new one in 2024. This is Ian Hunter."
"And before that, Ian Hunter from an album called Defiance Part One and as I've said many times, there's the clue. Yes, Defiance Part Two is coming in 2024 but for now, we'll just stick with a track which features Robert Trujillo and Slash from the album that came out this particular year. It is Ian Hunter with the song, the title track in fact, of the album Defiance."
