DEF LEPPARD Live At Bramall Lane/The Leadmill Films Set For Possible Release

Def Leppard look set to possibly release two live concert films/albums from Sheffield 2023 later this year.

The vinyl album 'One Night Only Live At The Leadmill Sheffield' is being released as a coloured vinyl album for Record Store Day 2024.

The Record Store Day 2024 list was announced on 15th February with this release included.

Joe's recent news of working on the 2023 Bramall Lane show has been followed up by the release today of a video from the Leadmill Show.

And news from Mercury Studios suggesting the full release of both concerts later this year.

Sheffield 2023 Concert Films

Both films are now listed by the Mercury Studios website with descriptions.

'Def Leppard: Live At The Leadmill' and 'Def Leppard: Live At Bramall Lane' are listed in the Concerts section of the website with photos from each concert.

Mercury Studios is linked to the GIGS TV station available on the Samsung TV Plus feature on Samsung Smart TV's in the UK (Channel 4714).

GIGS TV's YouTube channel has today posted 'Wasted' from the Leadmill show with the description mentioning the already announced Record Store Day vinyl.

Live At The Leadmill 2023/RSD 2024

The intimate club show took place on 19th May 2023 and The Leadmill, a 900 capacity club in Sheffield.

The 2LP vinyl of the show is release for Record Store Day 2024 on Saturday 20th April.

GIGS TV

GIGS TV has been showing the 2017 'And There Will Be A Next Time...Live From Detroit' film in recent months which is also listed on the Mercury Studios site along with 'Hysteria Live At The O2' and 'Def Leppard: Hits Vegas'.

It appears both of these new films could also be shown on the channel but so far only the 2017 film has been broadcast.

Joe specifically mentioned getting the Bramall Lane show ready in his recent home studio tour video for Neve.

DVD/Blu-ray/CD Release?

The listing of these shows by Mercury suggests a DVD/Blu-ray/CD release could soon be announced.

And it's highly likely both shows could be bundled together like the 2020 'London To Vegas' box set featuring the 2018 O2 Arena show and 2019 Hits Vegas Residency shows.

The listings of course may change and any release details have yet to be announced.

But it appears an announcement of the release may not be far off.
