The venue is located to the South East of the city centre and within the grounds of the Syracuse University.

It was opened in September 1980 as the Carrier Dome.

the name was changed to JMA Wireless Dome in 2022.

Another show on The World Tour 2023 with Def Leppard closing.

The opening show of the summer USA tour leg with Alice Cooper opening.
