DEF LEPPARD's Lost Session Live EP/Studio Albums Now On iTunes/Spotify

Def Leppard's music has now been added to digital services today including a lost session live EP.

For the first time the majority of the band's music catalogue is available to stream and to purchase as digital downloads. Multiple albums and a new release have been added to iTunes and Spotify in the last few hours around the world.

First added to iTunes stores in Australia and Japan and in the last few minutes the UK as well as on Spotify.

The long dispute over digital music rights with Universal Records has ended.

This was confirmed last week by Rick Allen when talking to CNBC News in New York saying the label had "finally come to the table" with a satisfactory offer for digital royalties. Earlier this week the three re-recordings from 2012 and 2013 were removed from digital platforms ahead of this announcement.

'The Lost Session' Live EP that was recorded in 2006 has now been released on iTunes featuring six live tracks.

It includes live studio versions of 'Let It Go', 'Rock On', 'Foolin'', 'Promises', 'When Love &asmp; Hate Collide' and 'Bringin' On the Heartbreak'. As mentioned by Phil in 2006 who said they had recorded tracks for iTunes but which were never released - until now. Recorded at an unknown studio in the USA during the 'YEAH!' tour.

15 studio albums have been made available to stream and buy including the Deluxe Editions and 'Vault' - all listed below.

'The Def Leppard E.P.' is available to download for the first time as well as to stream. Reissued last year for Record Store Day.

The band had become known as one of the last artists holding out against Streaming services. AC/DC added their music to iTunes in late 2012 before also allowing it to be streamed in June 2015.
