On This Day in Def Leppard History - 18th January, the following concerts and events took place. Including the release of the band's music on iTunes, Spotify and Amazon.
The digital rights issue with Universal Music has now been resolved and most of the band's back catalogue can now be streamed and downloaded. 'The Lost Sessions' Live EP has also been released on iTunes and was made available along with The Def Leppard E.P. and the albums at midnight.

Later in the day a UK Hysteria & More tour was announced featuring 11 arena dates for December with support from Cheap Trick. For the first time a full North American tour was announced on the same day. 58 co-headlining shows with Journey across USA/Canada from May to October including many outdoor stadiums.

A show in Lubbock, TX was played during the 'Euphoria' tour on this day in 2000. This show was notable due to the opening song 'Stagefright'. The song was rarely played during the tour and this was the only recorded time it was used as an opening song.
