The first show by the band in this city since August 2009 on the Songs From The Sparkle Lounge tour.

The 12th time at this venue.

The venue was located in the Laguna Hills area of California not far from Phil Collen's home and 45 miles south east of Los Angeles city centre.

It was opened in August 1981 as Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre until 1999.

It was named as the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre from 2000 to 2014 before reverting back to the original name.

The venue was closed down on 30th October 2016 and turned into a housing development.

This show is sponsored by 93.1 Jack FM radio and billed as 'Jack's 6th Show'.

The band played here for their first show in 2006 on the YEAH! tour with Journey.

Four other acts joined Def Leppard, Heart and Evan Watson including - Sir-Mix-a-lot (of 'Baby Got Back' fame...).

Some of the other acts played on a smaller second stage.

Vivian played with Evan Watson on his cover of Prince's 'Purple Rain' during his opening set.
