On This Day in Def Leppard History - 17th May, the following concerts and events took place. Including the US/Canadian release of the 'Rock Of Ages The Definitive Collection' album on this day in 2005.

The album reached Number 10 in the US Top 200 album chart on 4th June and spent 30 weeks on the chart.

On this day in 2015 the band kicked off the European leg of the 2015 world tour in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Also on this day in 1988 the Japanese leg of the Hysteria tour started in Tokyo.
