On This Day in Def Leppard History - 11th January, the following concerts and events took place. Including releasing their first record 'The Def Leppard E.P.' on this day in 1979.
The E.P. was released independently at first with the band sending it to record companies, radio stations and selling it at local gigs and record stores.

To date the only show played by the band on this date was in Vancouver, BC during the Euphoria tour in 2000. The first show in the city since September 1996 on the Slang tour.
On this day in 2011 Vivian Campbell played a show with Thin Lizzy in Llandudno, Wales.
