JOE ELLIOTT's Down 'n' Outz Release ROCK AND ROLL QUEEN
Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott's Down 'n' Outz released their Rock And Roll Queen single on this day in 2014.
The single taken from the new album The Further Adventures Of... was made available to download in online stores.
The song was originally released on Mott The Hoople's self titled debut album in 1969 and as their first ever single.
The 'The Further Adventures Of..' features 12 tracks and was released on 21st/22nd April 2014.
The iTunes version included two further bonus tracks.
The band feature Joe on lead vocals/keyboards, Paul Guerin (guitars), Guy Griffin (guitars), Phil Martini (drums), Keith Weir (piano/keyboards), touring bassist Share Ross and guest Sinead Madden (fiddle).
The 2CD Live Album/DVD 'The Further Live Adventures Of...' was released worldwide in December 2017.
The promo video which can be seen below was filmed in Sheffield, England on 4th May 2014 at The Corporation.
