Def Leppard released the Take What You Want single from the Diamond Star Halos album on this day in 2022.
'Diamond Star Halos' is band's 12th studio album.
The first studio album since 2015 was announced on 17th March 2022 and then released on Friday 27th May 2022.
The second single 'Take What You Want' was released on 20th April 2022.
The opening track of the new album was premiered by Joe on The Breakfast Show With Zoe Ball on BBC Radio 2.
The song was written by Joe Elliott and Rick Savage.

Phil Collen - "Because of the intro, it actually sounds like the start of an album, so it became an obvious track to open with."
Phil Collen - "Rick Savage pretty much done all the music for this one, and I think had the title—and then Joe wrote the lyrics."
Phil Collen - "It represents the rock side of Def Leppard that came a bit later. I want to say that I almost hear the New York Dolls in there as well."
