DEF LEPPARD's Piano Room Performance Re-Broadcast On BBC Radio 2

Def Leppard's three song performance for BBC Radio 2's Piano Room has been re-broadcast in the UK with audio still available.

The new album 'Drastic Symphonies' was released on Friday 19th May.

The album features 16 classic Def Leppard songs reworked and reimagined with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios in London.

The first single 'Animal' was released to digital and streaming services on the same day as the announcement followed by 'Hysteria' on 5th May.

The World Tour 2023 started in Mexico City on 18th February 2023.

The tour is set to continue in Japan and Australia in November with more dates set to be announced for 2024 and a presumed second full North American tour.

BBC Radio 2's Piano Room Re-Broadcast

The Piano Room broadcast from May has been re-broadcast by BBC Radio 2.

The three song set was included as part of a two hour highlights show on 28th August.

The audio is still available for the next six days on BBC Sounds.

'Pour Some Sugar On Me' and 'Hysteria' from 'Drastic Symphonies' made their new live debuts in the new symphonic style along with a cover of David Bowie classic 'Life On Mars'.

The original radio show and TV version were first broadcast on Friday 18th May just ahead of the 'Drastic Symphonies' album release.
