Def Leppard played another show on The World Tour 2023 last night in Hannover, Germany with 17 songs performed.
The show took place at the 25,000 capacity EXPO-Plaza 7.
The first show in this city since October 1996.
The last of three German shows on this tour.
German Tour End
After two shows already played in Mönchengladbach and Munich the returned to play a third show here.
This time in Hannover in Northern Germany and the capital of Lower Saxony.
Only the third time the band have played in this city and the second as headliners.
27 years after their last appearance here.
Late Start
And as with the two other German shows the advertised start time was changed to 6:30pm instead of 5:30.
But this time there was a delay with Motley Crue not starting until 7:30pm CET.
Def Leppard started their closing set at 9:30 and ended the German tour at 11pm local time.
Rocking The Plaza
The venue for this was is located next to the 14,000 capacity ZAG-Arena and within a town Plaza.
The outdoor staging set up alongside the arena with room for around 25,000 fans.
Back to a full stage setup for this show.
From 'Take What You Want' to 'Photograph' the German fans were treated to another great show.
And as revealed by Rick in his Pre-Show video the band will be taking a few days off in Prague ahead of the next show.
17 Song Setlist
The same 17 song setlist played once more.
All three 'Diamond Star Halos' songs played in Hannover for the first time.
Emm Gryner
'Drastic Symphonies' star Emm Gryner was in attendance as can be seen in her photo below.
Hannover
The band first played in October 1996 on the Slang tour with Terrorvision in support.
The only previous visit to this as with Rainbow on the High 'n' Dry tour in June 1981 when they played at the Niedersachsenhalle.
The next Def Leppard show takes place in Solvesborg, Sweden on 7th June at the Sweden Rock festival.
The start of five outdoor festival shows in a row.
