Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott performed two songs at the second Celebrating David Bowie concert in Los Angeles, CA on this day in 2017.
The show took place at The Wiltern Theatre.
The latest in a series of concerts by David Bowie's most recent backing musicians performing with special guest singers.
Other shows took place in London, New York, Tokyo and Sydney.
The second night of two at this venue and Joe's last appearance.
Joe once again sang two songs - 'All The Young Dudes' and 'Suffragette City' with musicians including Gail Ann Dorsey, Mark Plati and Mike Garson.
The main band for this show was the same members of David Bowie's past tour line-ups.
They included Gail Ann Dorsey, Mark Plati, Mike Garson, Gerry Leonard, Earl Slick, Adrian Belew, Holly Palmer and Zachary Alford.
Other extended band members included Blair Sinta/Zac Rae (both ex-Alanis Morissette), Alex Painter, Eric Gorfain, Scrote, Jeremy Little, Jordan Katz and Ron Dziubla.
Special guests at this show included Sting, Gavin Rossdale (Bush) and Perry Farrell (Jane's Addiction).
Sting performed the full version of 'Blackstar'. It's first ever live performance along with 'Lazarus' from David's final album.
