Lake Placid, NY - Media Reviews
Def Leppard Reviewed By Ellen Williams
On Saturday, October 3rd, the Olympic Centre in Lake Placid was once again crowded with people of all ages who had come to see a concert.
Def Leppard was the main attraction, with the opening band Tesla.
After getting off to a late started, Tesla, a band from California, started warming up the crowd with a collection of their songs.
The band did a good job with the music and lights but were sometimes too loud to understand.
Def Leppard opened up their part of the show dramatically with lights, smoke, and by dropping the huge curtains that had hidden the stage during set-up.
They played many songs off their new album, combined with a variety of songs from their previous albums.
Unlike Tesla, Def Leppard's sound was clear the entire time they were on stage.
The music and their lights show made for a very energetic and enjoyable show.
