DEF LEPPARD 2019 Tour @ ROCKFEST/Helsinki, Finland (Show Report)

Def Leppard played a show on the 2019 European tour earlier tonight in Hyvinkää/Helsinki, Finland with 14 songs performed.
The show took place at the 30,000 plus capacity Rockfest at Hyvinkää Airfield which is 35 miles north of Helsinki.

Def Leppard played before headliners KISS from 8:30pm to 9:45pm local time EEST which is two hours ahead of the UK.
The show was played in daylight throughout.
The fourth show in (or near) Helsinki/Finland but first ever in Hyvinkää.
Previous Appearances In Finland
The second of the two headline shows at the Ice Hall in Helsinki during the Songs From The Sparkle Lounge tour.
The first appearance in the country since the ADrenalize tour supported by Malice In Wonderland.
The first ever headline show in Helsinki with Ugly Kid Joe as support on the Adrenalize tour.
A support show with Rainbow during the first European leg of the High 'n' Dry tour.
A planned show at the Ice Hall in March 1988 on the Hysteria tour was taken off the schedule and not played.
2019 Setlist/Staging
'Rock On', 'Two Steps Behind' and 'Man Enough' were left out from the first show in Sweden.
All songs had previously been played in Helsinki. But since Hyvinkää is actually 35 miles from Helsinki itself they were all played here for the first time.
This was due to time constraints and only having a 1 hour and 15 minute slot before headliners KISS. Te KISS lighting rig was used along with their large video screen but the rest of the staging from Sweden was used.
Other Bands
Lordi opened the show. The Finnish metal band who won the Eurovision Song Contest a few years back.
They were follow by Adrenalize tour support act Ugly Kid Joe who reformed in recent years having spilt up in the late 90s. KISS headlined the show after Def Leppard.
