Def Leppard and Journey were due to play a show in Albuquerque, NM last night but strong winds forced its postponement.

The show at Isleta Amphitheater had started as planned with Journey beginning their opening set.

DL had last played the venue in September 2016.

Following a en early evening sunset the winds picked up and got stronger as the band played and after just five songs the show was halted.

Apparently due to fears of damaged to the lighting rig. After a short period of time the show was them called off altogether for safety reasons.

Not the first time a DL show has been hit by bad weather at an outdoor amphitheater.

Live Nation Albuquerque have said more information about the show and possible a new rescheduled date is due soon.

A new date seems likely to be added on to the upcoming fourth leg of the tour which starts on 21st September in San Francisco - not so far from New Mexico.

Def Leppard had been due to close the show and probably still will when the rescheduled date is announced.

Setlist

Journey performed only songs before the show was halted and then ultimately called off.
