I just couldn't wait... And it has finally happened!!! I saw them with my own eyes... It's just very hard to explain what the music of this band means to me... It had changed my life, by bringing in it so much joy and happiness... And now the dream had finally come true - Def Leppard played in our country!!!

But first was the concert of our local "Good time Rock 'n' roll" band - IRA. They played only some of their greatest hits from their second album, that was released in early 90s. It was great choice, and for me singing their songs was a great way to begin this magical evening.

Shortly after IRA finished their performance, we heard the "Disintegrate Intro", and the band appeared on stage to start the show with "Action"... From this moment to the last song, They were really giving everything - and so was the crowd, that had gathered in Torwar Hall (despite the capacity of 6000, I think the attendance was about 3000 that night). The people in the front rows of the audience (I was there too!!!) went absolutely crazy, singing almost every word in all of the songs!!! Joe noticed that ("We like that, what's happening down here, it's great") and even Viv finally began to smile (we'd all done our best to achieve that!). The band played great, and they seemed to really have a good time on the stage - Phil and Viv very often were changing their sides of the stage, Joe and Sav were never to be found standing still in the same place. The sound was perfect, and the lights were fantastic as well (the technical crew did a really great job there).

They played all the songs, I ever wanted to hear in their concert (thx for playing my Pyromania favorite - "Foolin'"!!!), and during "When Love & Hate Collide", "Love Bites" and others I was almost crying tears of happiness... It was just too good, to be true.

From the "X" album (in my opinion it's a classic Def Leppard album - it sounds great, and there are many fantastic songs on it) They played "Four Letter Word" (I was surprised by the crowd reaction - people went crazy, as they played it), and "Now".

It was very good show, the band played fantastic (Joe sang perfectly - I don't know why so many people had complained about him in their reviews - even, if he had some problems with his voice, remember how many shows they'd played before... In my opinion his vocals were just perfect).

After that my friends and I managed to catch Rick Allen on his way back to the hotel. It was really nice, as he found some time to talk with us (Thanks again, Rick!!!!). His autograph on my ticket for the Leppard show, will always remind me of this special moment.

It was an evening to remember. I hope, that they will come back soon. Greetings to Def Leppard fans all around the world!!!.
