The Sweden Rock Festival in Solvesborg, Sweden has confirmed Def Leppard for their 2008 line-up. The festival runs from June 4-7th 2008.
Show Details:
Date: 4-7 June 2008
Event/Location: Sweden Rock Festival, Solvesborg, Sweden.
Venue: Festival Grounds.
The exact festival order is yet to be announced.
This follows on from the band's first appearance at the festival as a headline act on June 9th 2006 which was the band's first live show in the country since the 1996 Slang tour. Due to Lep's logo being placed at the top of the announcement page it's likely they will also headline one of the three weekend slots 5-7th June in 2008.
Tickets for this year's festival are only available from the official festival site. Also returning to play from 2006 are Whitesnake.
Judas Priest are also headlining. Other acts include Tesla and Swiss band Gotthard, Vivian Campbell guested on two songs from their 1992 debut album.
