Quick update about Joe Elliott's rumoured appearance on the new CD by UK group The Almighty. The album 'Psycho-Narco' was released on the 22nd (in the UK).
Also according to the bands official site at The Almighty.co.uk the album was recorded in Park Gate Studio's in Sussex (where some of Pyromania was done), and in their biog it says Joe does guest along with the guy from Therapy?. There are clips of three songs at the bands site which sound OK.
Ricky Warwick from the band did background handclaps on 'Back In Your Face'. Joe sings back-up on "Waiting for Earthquakes".

According to sources the artwork for the 2 DVD packages has now been chosen and they are still scheduled for a pre-Christmas release.

On September 5th Phil Collen and Rick Allen attended the premiere of 'Rock Star' in Hollywood. The film has used Lep songs on TV promos and stars Jennifer Aniston & Mark Wahlberg.

[August 20th] - New PSSOM Cover
Canadian singer Emm Gryner releases a covers album called 'Girl Versions' on August 21st. The album was recorded live in Ontario and features unusual versions of tracks by Ozzy Osbourne, The Clash, Blur as well as Lep's Pour Some Sugar On Me. The songs feature just vocals, grand piano and cellos. You can hear clips of Emm's 1998 album 'Public' at CDNow.com, which sounds pretty good.

Vivian, Phil, Stan Schiller (Phil's Guitar Tech), Sav, Joe along with Producer Pete Woodfroffe & 'stumpus' (Malvin Mortimer), are currently at Joe's place in Dublin, Eire (Ireland!) starting work on the new album.
