Def Leppard's late guitar player Steve Clark is featured in a new book by his former fiance Lorelei Shellist. Model/actress Lorelei has written her autobiography entitled "Runway Runaway" about her life as a model. In it she details her long term relationship with Steve and his struggle with addiction.



A website for the book is online and it includes a few rare candid pics of Steve along with other members of Def Leppard - during her time with Steve and after. One of the shots features the band in suits with Mutt Lange and ex-managers Peter Mensch and Cliff Burnstein at Peter's wedding. Another section 'Romance' features six candid shots of Steve with her at a birthday party and backstage at Leppard gigs. The book's cover features an Hysteria backstage pass.

Other pics featuring Steve and modern Lep shots are in the 'Rock 'n' Roll' section and a cute pic of Phil's daughter Samantha 'rocking out' at a Lep gig is in the 'Backstage Pass' section.

The 'story' section contains a lengthy exert from Chapter 1 "Wonderland" which details her first meeting with Steve and Phil in Paris, as portrayed in the VH1 movie. Lorelei also plans to go on a book tour starting in the Fall 2008.
