Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott is interviewed in the new issue of UK magazine Classic Rock. Joe is interviewed along with fellow lead singer David Coverdale of Whitesnake in the new July issue. They are both featured on the cover alongside Dave Grohl (as you can see). Each of them talk about the forthcoming co-headline UK tour.



The issue has a main feature titled "Summer Of Rock" and the accompanying Free 14-track CD titled "Feel Good Hits For The Summer" contains songs from the new Def Leppard and Whitesnake albums. 'Bad Actress' is included from 'Songs From The Sparkle Lounge' and 'All For Love' from the 'Good To Be Bad' album.

Def Leppard - "It's like the stuff we used to write. You know, a little bit mindless!" The glorious return of the ultimate feelgood rock band.

Whitesnake - Sir David of Coverdale on the new album, the current band, the Leppard/'Snake tour" and marauding grizzly bears!

Rock photographer (and well-known humanitarian) Ross Halfin has offered this comment on the issue on his Diary - "Joe Elliott and David Coverdale's interviews are an exercise in mutual backslapping (what happened to the good old days of back-stabbing?)"
