A 1987 pic taken 'most probably' by Ross Halfin and used during the 'Hysteria' promotion for various magazines/posters. Phil appears to be wearing an identical top to Joe's from ITR-IYF (money was tight in them days...). If you recognise the shot of Rick's face in this pic... go and look at the pics/video of him from the 1987/88 tour - he's got this head shot on the back of his white t-shirt or one from the same photo shoot.
