Joe fell off the drumriser at the 1st Belfast show injuring his back (trapped nerve). He wore a brace for the rest of the UK Tour.
The Newcastle show was delayed until 10:45pm due to the band taping a Top of The Pops appearance in London.
All 17 UK shows in 1987 sold out following the chart success of 'Animal' and the album.
