Def Leppard another show on The World Tour 2023 last night in Prague, Czech Republic with 17 songs performed.
The show took place at the 30,000 capacity Letiště Praha Letňany festival site.
The first show in this city since June 2019.
The first festival show of the tour.
Prague Rocks 2023
"Prague, Do ya wanna get rocked?".
It seems they did as they booked the band at the Prague Rocks festival in front of 20,000-30,000 fans.
A festival that has been running since 2018 and Def Leppard's second outdoor show in the Czech Republic after the July 2008 show in Vizovice at the Masters Of Rock festival.
Airport Festival Venue
The venue for the show was the Prague Letňany Airport to the North East of the city centre and a few miles from the O2 Arena where they played in 2019.
Apparently one of the oldest airports in the Czech Republic which also hosts air shows and sports events.
As revealed in their videos the band are basing out of Prague so they did not have far to travel to this show.
Rick revealed in his pre show video that it was "a bit chilly" but the band soon warmed things up on stage.
A stage that saw them use only four screens at the back of the stage and with a much smaller height.
Basically incorporating their usual setup into the festivals own staging.
17 Song Setlist
The same 17 song setlist played once more.
The festival crowd were treated to another spectacular performance as the sun shone down on the large crowd.
Like many of these shows a few songs were played here for the first time including those from 'Diamond Star Halos'.

Czech Republic
The band first played in the Czech Republic in October 1996 on the Slang tour in Prague at the Sportovni Hala (Sports Hall).
They would not return until November 2003 in Brno on the X/Ten tour.
After a long gap they played in July 2008 in Vizovice on the Sparkle Lounge tour.
A long overdue return to Prague then happened in May 2015 along with a first time visit to Ostrava.
And the last visit before yesterday's show was in Prague at the O2 Arena in June 2019.
Making last night's show only the 7th played in the Czech Republic in 27 years.
The next Def Leppard show takes place in Hannover, Germany on 3rd June.
