Def Leppard played another show on The World Tour 2023 last night in Trondheim, Norway with 17 songs performed.
The show took place at the 18,000 capacity E.C. Dahls Arena.
The first show in this city since June 2019.
The last of three shows in Scandinavia.
Trondheim Rocks
"I suppose a rock's out of the question?".
The Rock theme continued with yet another outdoor festival show at the aptly named Trondheim Rocks.
Where rock was not out of the question for the 18,000 fans at Dahls Arena.
A second time at this festival.
Two Stages
The show times here were staggered with two stages set up close to each other.
Def Leppard playing on the "Black Stage" along with Nestor, Europe and closers Motley Crue.
TNT who headlined the "Green Stage" played between Europe and Def Leppard.
The 18,000 Norwegian fans were treated to another rocking 17 song performance.
Europe
Old friends Europe played on the same stage before Def Leppard for the first time since 2019 in Germany.
They had first toured with the band on the Hysteria tour 35 years ago in 1988.
'The Final Countdown' was of course included in their setlist.
Motley Fireworks
As shown below the festival used fireworks behind the stage during Motley Crue's set as they had in 2019 for Def Leppard's closing performance.
17 Song Setlist
The same 17 song setlist played once more.
All three 'Diamond Star Halos' songs played in Norway for the first time.
Trondheim History
The band first visited Trondheim in May 2008 during the Sparkle Lounge tour.
An outdoor festival called Rockfest 2008 with Thin Lizzy which was played in a town square.
They returned in June 2019 to play Trondheim Rocks for the first time.
Last night's show only the third ever played in this city.
The next Def Leppard show takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark on 14th June at the COPENHELL festival.
