Def Leppard's classic 1987 single Pour Some Sugar On Me is included on the new 3CD compilation album 80s Rock Down.

The track/3CD set was released on 21st May.

It has been curated by Status Quo singer Francis Rossi who appeared on UK TV to promote the album last week.

'Pour Some Sugar On Me' is featured on disc one alongside classic tracks by Queen, Bon Jovi and U2.

It contains 60 tracks with a running time of almost 4 hours.

After the brilliant job that Rick Wakeman did as the face of 70’s Rockdown, this time we are joined by another rock legend, who really needs no introduction, Mr Francis Rossi!

The Quo were very much part of the 80’s with a string of hits and also had the great honour of opening Live Aid on 13th July 1985.

Francis has recently been interviewed by Channel 5 for “Britain’s Favourite 80’s Songs”, which aired during March/April, and appeared on This Morning last week to talk about their Tour and 80’s Rockdown.
