On This Day in Def Leppard History - 8th January, the following concerts and events took place. Including the death of guitarist Steve Clark who passed away 29 years ago on this date in January 1991 after a long battle with alcoholism.

The band have since performed just one time on the anniversary of his death in 2000 during the Euphoria tour in Prince George, BC.

Steve died whilst on a break from recording the 'Adrenalize' album at home in the Chelsea area of London, England.
