Def Leppard performed Rocket on Top Of The Pops in February 1989 and the full episode is now available on the BBC iPlayer.

The band performed on the show on 16th February 1989.

Steve Clark's final appearance on any stage with the band in the UK.

The full 16th February 1989 episode is shown again by BBC Four which also prompted the band to briefly trend on Twitter in the UK. Alongside some pointless thing that happened yesterday...I forget the name of it.

It is also repeated later tonight at 1:25am.

Both the 9th and 16th February episodes were re-broadcast in full for the first time since 1989.
